What Is Mental Health?

 Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from infancy to early childhood, adolescence, and through adulthood. (MentalHealth.gov). Additionally mental health can have an impact on other aspects of health and well-being. Often times when a person faces struggles with their mental health, their physical health, social health, etc. is negatively impacted as a result.
